Communication between the Caregiver, you and the family is very important, and thats why we always review the care being given and ask for your opinion so we can ‘fine tune’ the services we provide on an on-going and regular basis, so, wherever you are, you as family whether you are in or out of the country, we make sure that we keep in touch and keep you abreast of matters as they arise.

We all share similar concerns about our patient's care and support and naturally we want to enable them to remain in and enjoy conforts of their own home for as long as possible. Relationship With Other Proffessionals

We understand the importance of working closely as partners with Health & Social Care Professionals. Providing high quality care requires teamwork and planning. We liaise with all those that have a professional or personal interest and as have been permitted by the individual receiving care to be involved. When we are in hospitals as caretakers on behalf of our clients, we do not interfere with the hospital treatment procedures or staff. We however cooperate with them. Our Skilled nursing and therapy staff includes; The patient's personal physician (medical director), professional personnel like registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, Trained volunteers, Social workers, Clergy or other counselors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, bereavement specialists, speech-language therapists and any other specialists as may be required by the clients.
